once again..so soon..downtime???

bsnl's dataone broadband services seem to be facing a lot of downtime issues..once again on Friday, July 14, after lunch the the Link was not getting stabilized in the ADSL provided..

it's high time, and bsnl should realize that the users are paying them a decent value for the service standards expected..

such downtimes in future may result in loss of existing customers and failure in joining of new ones..

hope the matter will be taken seriously and an appropriate action will be taken ASAP..

total downtime..

surprisingly, service standards fall again..

downtime on Sunday, July 09, 2006 extending beyond midnight..

this is not at all expected..???

the Link on the ADSL does not stabilize or else goes off within a few seconds..

kindly improve upon the service and if there is scheduled downtime, an e-mail on the dataone.in e-mail ids would be appreciated..

it's surprising to note that during the night time often 1st of all it does not get connected easily i.e. takes a lot of time and then midway after sometime it gets disconnected..it's becoming a regular affair now..pls try n resolve the problem..

connection timeout - ???

It is surprising to note connection time-outs while sending data esp. e-mails...The problem is in transmitting packets from the system and not in receivin..

it's working so slow...

I fail to understand why the broadband is transferring data at staggeringly low speeds <2 KB/s..??

dataone usage site??

surprising!! the dataone usage site is not working, and for the last few hours there has been some serious problem with the broadband connection..data transfer is at very slow speeds and often it hangs-up..weird behaviour..but now it seems to have resolved..
