connection timeout - ???

It is surprising to note connection time-outs while sending data esp. e-mails...The problem is in transmitting packets from the system and not in receivin..

it's working so slow...

I fail to understand why the broadband is transferring data at staggeringly low speeds <2 KB/s..??

surprising!! the dataone usage site is not working, and for the last few hours there has been some serious problem with the broadband connection..data transfer is at very slow speeds and often it hangs-up..weird behaviour..but now it seems to have resolved..
