Dear Sir,

We have taken new connection and its phone No.0120-2341248. It is not working since it has been installed. We have also complain to the concern authority who have given a complain no.9 but no one care about it. When ever we go personally no one is availabe to attend or listen us.

Good Enough that you posted your problem here. But it should reflect the replies of the concerned authority with whom you are requesting . It give wrong impression that you aren't being resolved with your prob. The concerned person should also reply apart from calling. Its only for the readers to read and motivate to post their quieries as well.

dear sir
i am a resident of sector 21 noida
we had requested to disconnect our bsnl broadband connection on 11june 2010.it was not processed and today we were sent a bill which includes an amount of rs2500 for broadband connection.i and i have to run from pillars to post to adjust this.
i request you to please look into the matter and your system.

i am sorry to say but your sector 24 office workers are extremely inefficient and impolite.
there was not a single person to whom i could complain and none proved to be helpfull.
i am afraid your system works in a bad way and doesnt treat customers properly resulting in harassment.

I have taken a new broadband connection with new phone no 2500349. But from the day one it is not working(Telephone is dead.)No body listening to my complaints.
Please get it rectified.

I am residing in Gateway Apartments sector-51,Noida. My phone 0120-2482915 is dead nearly now for 1 month. Registered a lot of complaints without any resolution. Please get it rectified.

Please get it rectified, and also I am submitted application for change of billing addres two times in your office but still it is not updated at your record. Could you pls. consider my both request at the earliest.

With reference to your invoice No. 10114556380002 due datee 8-8-2011 for Rs. 3012/- in respect of telephone No. 250988, I am submit that the said connection was already surrendered by me on 22-5-2008 and telephone instrument as well as modem was also surrendered to your Sector 33 site office on 14-6-2008 and 16-6-2008 respectively and a letter was also handed over to the Office of General Manager, BSNL, Sector 19 Noida on 28-5-2006 with two enclosures and the final bill of Rs. 145/- was also depisited by me by receipt N0. 0202044 dated 21-7-2008.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the conncern authorities to update their data accordingly as no action has been taken by them despite my four email at their address viz.gmts_upw@bsnl.co.in and agmopnda@bsnl.co.in

since Aug 2010 I'm using BSNL broadband "BBG FN Home combo 500" and upto Jan'12 hardly faced major issue with billing mismatch against my usage.Rarely I crossed my free DSL limit(1.5GB) from starting but all of a sudden on Feb'12 my bill rose upto Rs730 and this month it touched Rs 1095 without any excess use from my side, now I came to know it is due to extra DSL use.
As I almost doing same type of limited access it was beyond our expectation.Now when I search about DSL uses I can see even my absence somebody has used my network from neighbour houses due to WIFI access.

When I was using my old MODEM service engineers from BSNL during first installation they set some connection password with my consent but last Dec they changed the MODEM(as earlier one was not working), now this time they deliberately changed my old password without intimating me and gave some default password,which can be easily accessed by any hacker(that actually happend in my case too,I can see now while checking the usage details).I not even sure what other data(could be my netbanking password and others card details) been accessed from my system without my knowledge due to this types of deliberate mishap by your service engineers(which nothing but a criminal offense to set/change some password for customer without their approval).
Since yesterday I was trying to call your customer support they just disconnecting my calls telling it as an new types of complain for them.They was not even showed the courtesy to listen to me and disconnecting my calls in between since then.Today I even asked your Noida Sec 39 branch and requested them to check that issue and set my new password/configuration but not even came to my home to help me out(although promised to come but didn,t turn out).
Every time Sec39 branch showed this type of approach and passes any issue to customer support, they are just bunch of fools who not even know/understand about BSNL broadband system, so always no use and pass it to some body else.
My question who will be responsible for such mishap and how they are doing such unlawful things,they must earning some bucks by disclosing our passwords to somebody else or doing such tricks without our knowledge.
Why should I pay that extra amount which I not used, Kindly look into it.Why not you can track those computer users who did that unauthorized access.
I just want to pay my regular amount i.e Rs 551 not that amount that caused by some of your greedy engineers.
I want justice about this matter.

Dear Sirs,

I had been using BSNL no. and broadband since some time in Noida. I have got the no. transfered to my new residence in Sector 82, in feb 2012 and since then i am facing a problem. The telephone is not working and broadband services are also giving me regular problem. I had been complaining regularly to the concerened authorities in BSNL exchange in NPEZ but i am yet to see some action.

I hope it will be resolved soon

My no is 2513887.It is not working since 4 April 13. Complaint id is 1012995350.It has not been resolved yet. Neither DE Mr Naik nor SDO lifts the phone. Two days ago, Mr Naik lifted phone and told Cable fault. He gave Mr PN Singh,s no. But he does not lift phone. Will authorities inform me to whom to go for remedy. one yEAR MONEY FOR game on demand money was not yet given back NOR EVEN ANY SERVICE. August-2013, more than 20 days internet broadband connection was not working, no money was given back. 01-09-13(september-2013) onwards several request for immediate disconnection of landline and broadband internet connection was made. no results till now. last three months no internet connection and landline most of the time noisy. It will be discussed in very a highest level. i will not pay any more bsnl landline bill for today onwards(07-11-13). kindly, imediately disconnect my connection for landlie and broadband internet connection.

My ph no. 2462593 installed at my res at Kendriya Vihar, Sec-82, Noida is not working for last 15 days or so. Tried hard to register complaint on 1500 or 18003451500, but to no avail.
If somebody is aware of the tel no of the concerned SDO of BSNL looking after Sector-82, pl share with me.

My no. is 0120-2535155. On 11Aug17, I personally handed over an application at the reception of the "Consumer Centre" at the BSNL Office at Sec .19 , Noida to immediately disconnect / discontinue ONLY the broad band facility on my no. . However, I wanted to retain my land line no.alongwith the Centrax facility. I am still awaiting confirmation that my request has been actioned. Kindly confirm asap. Ashok Kumar , J-106, Sec. 25 , Noida.
